Today I can tell you I have to get better at the meal planning, Mostly for dinner. I find it hard sometimes because I do have to dedicate alot of time to cook things fresh when I have not planned right. I guess because I work from home I take for granted a couple of things but I am am getting busier so need to sit my but down and plan. For me searching for food on a budget has been interesting but I have found locals farms help and Wegmans. Food Lion surprisingly has a decent selection. I have also started shopping in bulk because I have a family of 5 and YES we are all on the journey together.
I did get my eggs delivered today though from a friend who has a farm. I am also preparing for the Yeast detox which should be very interesting so I have slowly cut back on sugars. When you go through a gluten withdrawal you tend to want more junk. O man I make a wicked sinful gluten free chocolate cake now hahaha... Well on the yeast detox for 6 months I can't have sugar so I am preparing.

I WANT CANDY haha going through a gluten detox will help you lose weight but be careful you don't gain it back with junk. O man o man it makes you want my carbs and sweets. I am getting better but it is hard. For the yeast cleans I will not be able to do any junk so I will have to brace myself. I don't want to go on it until I finish Caging the beast by Jane Remington and I work on some recipes in The Yeast free kitchen. I have them below for you to look at and they are in the right side panel under books to read.
