I have authored books, trained 100's of people and have seen lives completely transformed. Which only makes my flame burn brighter and passion crazier.

Why Girls Are Entering Puberty Earlier Than Ever

Here it is. Food we eat can be causing our daughters to mature a bit faster. It's better to know what is happening than to be in the dark. I feel that when it comes to our food we should know how it effects us and our children. I didn't realize that my own food I put in my mouth daily can get me sick. It's the truth though and I now want to share with all I am able to the effects. I have actually read many things saying that the fast food places have so many growth hormones in the food that with alot of on the go your children can reach puberty much faster. I Flex It

You have tried dieting and work out plans and the gym but it's so hard to stick to it and even harder to find someone to do it with and hold each other accountable. I have great news I have the best thing since sliced bread ha ha. The Fitbit is so awesome. it monitors all your activity, food, water and more but even better you can plug into your friends that have one and send messages or encourage eachother throughout the day and not even be with them. So when you look at your steps each day so can your friends and that is motivating. I have one and LOVE it. I find my self looking at it waiting to reach my 10k steps a day and will even run around the house or like I just did go for a walk run to meet my goal for the day. It even tracks your sleep. Check it out HERE. I plan to increase my steps soon to train for a 5 k. Super excited.
