You have tried dieting and work out plans and the gym but it's so hard to stick to it and even harder to find someone to do it with and hold each other accountable. I have great news I have the best thing since sliced bread ha ha. The Fitbit is so awesome. it monitors all your activity, food, water and more but even better you can plug into your friends that have one and send messages or encourage eachother throughout the day and not even be with them. So when you look at your steps each day so can your friends and that is motivating. I have one and LOVE it. I find my self looking at it waiting to reach my 10k steps a day and will even run around the house or like I just did go for a walk run to meet my goal for the day. It even tracks your sleep.
